How can we know that we are following Krishna’s instructions???

Anyone who comes in contact with devotees

& starts practicing Bhakti may have dilemma

That am I following Bhakti the way Krishna

Has tought & am I pleasing Krishna??

Krishna said in Bhagavad Gita 4.11 :

            ye yathā māṁ prapadyante

            tāṁs tathaiva bhajāmy aham

            mama vartmānuvartante

            manuṣyāḥ pārth sarvaśaḥ

All of them—as they surrender unto Me—I reward

accordingly.

Everyone follows My path in all respects, O son of Pṛthā.

So according to one’s level of surrender Krishna

reciprocates

& guides one on the path of Bhakti.

But as we know we are not the actual devotee we

are just practicing devotees & our surrender to Krishna

Is be less than 0.0000001 %.

With this little surrender how can Krishna guide us

To fullest??

So here comes the role of Guru. From Externally

Spiritual master guides as Siksha Guru/Diksha Guru

& from internally Krishna Guides as chaitya Guru.

As said in sastra:

            yasya deve para bhaktir

            Yatha deve tatha Guru

So if one has unflinching faith in both Guru & Krishna

then transcendetal knowledge will be automatically

Revealed to disciple.

Shared Srila Prabhupada’s letter to Kanchanbala,

Los angeles 14 January 1968:

“To the Sincere dovotee the internal Guru Krishna

Dictates, BUT the thing has to be confirmed by

The external Guru then it is all Right “

So sometime we may concoct something at

mental or intellectual level & think that Krishna

Is guiding us BUT we have to confirm it with our

External Guru Either Diksha/Siksha Guru.

Then we will be 100% sure that guidance is

Coming from Krishna only as it is confirmed by

External Guru.
